How do I sign up?
Open the Tapli app and enter your phone number to receive a verification code. Shop owners can also sign up by connecting an Instagram Business or Creator profile to import their existing posts and videos.
How do I find shops near me?
Allow location access when prompted. Tapli will show shops nearby across Lebanon. You can also browse by category — flowers, shoes, clothes, tech, cars, health, sports, and more — or search for a specific shop name.
How do I contact a shop?
Open any shop's profile and tap the call or WhatsApp button to reach the shop directly. You can also tap the directions button to open the location in Google Maps.
How do I list my shop on Tapli?
Sign up as a shop owner with your phone number, or link your Instagram Business or Creator account to import your existing media. Then complete your shop profile with category, location, and contact details.
Why can't I connect my Instagram account?
Instagram integration requires a Business or Creator profile (not a personal account). If you continue to have trouble, sign up with your phone number instead and contact us at support@tapli.shop for assistance.
How do I receive notifications about new shops or offers?
Allow notifications when prompted by the app. You'll be notified when new shops join Tapli or post discounts in your area. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Tapli app and go to:
Tapli app > Profile > Account and Data > Delete Account
If you can't access the app, see our Account Deletion page for instructions on requesting deletion by email.
Is Tapli free to use?
Yes. Tapli is free to download and free to use for both shoppers and shop owners. Optional premium features may be offered in the future.
Which countries does Tapli serve?
Tapli currently serves all of Lebanon — every governorate, district, and city.
