Tapli Account Deletion

This page explains how Tapli users can request deletion of their app account and associated account data.

Important: Tapli provides an in-app account deletion path, and this public page also provides a web request path for users who cannot access the app.

Delete Your Account in the Tapli App

If you can still access the Tapli app, open:

Tapli app > Profile > Account and Data > Delete Account

Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your account deletion request.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you uninstalled Tapli, cannot sign in, or cannot access the in-app deletion path, send an account deletion request to: support@tapli.shop.

Include the phone number or email address linked to your Tapli account so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

Shop Owner Accounts

If you own or manage a shop in Tapli, delete or resolve the shop first. This may include removing public shop content, resolving active obligations, and completing any required support steps before the account can be fully deleted.

Data Deleted

Data That May Be Retained

Tapli may retain limited records when needed for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, regulatory, accounting, subscription, or platform-compliance reasons. Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonably quick period after receiving the required verification information.

Google Play Requirement Source
