Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tapli app platform and related services. By creating an account, signing in with Instagram, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Shop Content and Listings
- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of any content you post.
- You must not post misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited items.
- We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not upload malware, abusive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Verification and Moderation
- Some features may require account or shop verification.
- Verification status may affect visibility, publishing, or platform access.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate with third-party services (for example Instagram, messaging services, and payment or hosting providers). Their own terms and policies also apply.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some shop features, shop limits, and guest visibility features require an active Tapli subscription plan.
- Tapli currently offers these paid mobile subscription products where available: Starter Pro monthly, Pro monthly, and Premium monthly.
- Each paid mobile subscription is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The in-app purchase product IDs are monthly_starter_pro, monthly_pro, and monthly_premium.
- Current Tapli plan prices are Starter Pro USD 9.99/month, Pro USD 14.99/month, and Premium USD 19.99/month. The final localized price, currency, taxes, and any eligible offer are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase and may vary by country or store account.
- On iOS and Android, eligible in-app subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play where required by platform rules.
- By confirming a subscription purchase, you authorize Apple App Store or Google Play to charge your store account for the selected plan and to renew it automatically at the end of each monthly billing period until you cancel.
- Subscription status, renewal, cancellation, refund, and expiration handling may depend on the applicable store or payment provider.
- Plan limits, prices, renewal timing, product availability, and available features may change where allowed by law and platform rules. Any store-required consent or notice will be handled through the relevant store flow.
7. Subscription Benefits and Shop Visibility
- An active paid subscription unlocks the limits and features shown for the selected plan in the app, such as higher post/media/discount/offer limits and shop activation features.
- Tapli uses verified store entitlement data to decide whether a shop remains active and visible to guests.
- If a subscription expires, is cancelled after the paid period ends, is refunded, is revoked, or cannot be verified, Tapli may downgrade, deactivate, or hide affected subscription-only shop features until a valid subscription is purchased or restored.
- Subscription benefits provide ongoing access during the active billing period; they are not one-time consumable goods.
8. Managing, Cancelling, and Renewing Subscriptions
- You can manage or cancel iOS subscriptions from your Apple account subscription settings.
- You can manage or cancel Android subscriptions from Google Play subscriptions.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable billing provider.
- If you cancel a subscription, you normally keep access until the end of the current paid billing period unless the store or applicable law provides a different result.
- After cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, the subscription will not renew and Tapli may remove subscription-only shop benefits or visibility.
9. Restore Purchases
- The app includes a Restore Purchases action for App Store and Google Play subscriptions.
- Restore Purchases checks the currently signed-in Apple App Store or Google Play account for a valid active Tapli subscription.
- If a valid active subscription is found and verified by Tapli, Tapli restores the matching shop entitlement without charging again.
- If no active Tapli subscription is found, if the purchase is expired, refunded, revoked, cancelled with no remaining paid period, or belongs to another store account, restore will not activate a subscription.
- Restore Purchases does not cancel, shorten, renew, or end a subscription. It only re-applies an active entitlement that already exists on the relevant store account.
10. Refunds and Billing Support
- For App Store subscriptions, refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
- For Google Play subscriptions, refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Google Play according to Google Play policies, except where applicable law or store rules require otherwise.
- Tapli support can help investigate entitlement or restore problems, but we cannot directly change Apple or Google billing decisions outside the tools and rules those stores provide.
11. Data Processing and Device Information
- To operate and secure guest sessions, the app stores and processes guest/device metadata including device_id, platform_type, and app_version.
- By using the app, you agree to processing of account, authentication, and technical data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- For subscriptions, Tapli stores and processes store transaction identifiers, product IDs, purchase tokens or receipts, renewal and expiration dates, cancellation/refund/revocation signals, and restore status as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You must provide accurate information and must not use false or unauthorized device/account identifiers.
12. Platform and Store Compliance
- If you use Instagram-linked features, you must comply with Meta's platform terms and policies.
- Use of the iOS app is subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and device platform rules.
- Use of the Android app is subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.
- For iOS users, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply unless Apple App Store Connect is configured with a custom Tapli EULA.
In case of conflict between platform policies and your use behavior, we may suspend or limit access to protect compliance and service integrity.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from app use.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
