These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tapli app platform and related services. By creating an account, signing in with Instagram, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Shop Content and Listings
- You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of any content you post.
- You must not post misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited items.
- We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not upload malware, abusive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
4. Verification and Moderation
- Some features may require account or shop verification.
- Verification status may affect visibility, publishing, or platform access.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate with third-party services (for example Instagram, messaging services, and payment or hosting providers). Their own terms and policies also apply.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some shop features may require an active subscription plan.
- On iOS and Android, eligible in-app subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play where required by platform rules.
- Subscription status, renewal, cancellation, refund, and expiration handling may depend on the applicable store or payment provider.
- Plan limits, prices, renewal timing, and available features may change where allowed by law and platform rules.
7. Data Processing and Device Information
- To operate and secure guest sessions, the app stores and processes guest/device metadata including device_id, platform_type, and app_version.
- By using the app, you agree to processing of account, authentication, and technical data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You must provide accurate information and must not use false or unauthorized device/account identifiers.
8. Platform and Store Compliance
- If you use Instagram-linked features, you must comply with Meta's platform terms and policies.
- Use of the iOS app is subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and device platform rules.
- Use of the Android app is subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.
In case of conflict between platform policies and your use behavior, we may suspend or limit access to protect compliance and service integrity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from app use.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
